Week of 12/14- 12/18

Homework

There is no reading homework or reading assessment this week, however, I will be sending home a reading activity for over the break on Friday. This is optional and not something they have to do. I just like to have them continue reading because 2 weeks is a long time without reading groups or reading logs. There is no spelling test this week, so they do not have any spelling words written in their planners. There is also no math homework or math assessment this week.

Spelling, Reading & Math

We will be doing various activities this week. During the next two days we will be learning about Christmas Around the World- researching how different countries celebrate the holidays.
