There will be no homework or spelling test this week. The only homework this week will be reading and filling out the reading log.
Wednesday: Pajama Day- We will be watching Polar Express and
enjoying some hot chocolate.
Thursday: Early release at 11:00 for teacher training.
Friday: Christmas Party 9:00-10:00; Early Release at 11:00.
*I will have a sign out sheet in my classroom if you
would like to leave with your child after the party.
We are having a Scholastic Book Fair this week.
Monday and Tuesday is a preview day for the students and teachers to look at what books are available and fill in a wish list. Our class will go on Tuesday for a preview only.
Wednesday- Friday the Book Fair will be open during school hours for students to purchase books from their wish list.
Thursday night is a Parent Night where parents may come with their child and purchase books. It will be open 6:00-8:00 pm.
*If there is a book on your child’s wish list and they run out of copies of that book when they get ready to purchase the books they will not reorder copies. Your child will need to choose another book that would like to have instead.
