Math:
We are continuing to learn how to count a collection of coins. Last week we introduced the coins and learned how to count pennies, nickels and dimes. This week we added quarters and so it’s getting a little more challenging. Please practice counting a collection of coins, especially using quarters. We always start with the coin of highest value to the coin of least value. Practice skip counting by 5’s and 10’s, starting at a number higher than 5 or 10. Ex. 20, 30, 40 or 35, 40, 45, 50
