Parents and Guardians – please don’t forget to come by White Oak Elementary (in front of the main/gym entrance) to pick up your child’s supplies, to turn in at-home learning packets and any books you might have, and to get your chocolate orders. This will be available today and tomorrow, May 11th and 12th, from 8:00-5:00!

Parents, if your child is not doing Seesaw and you are doing Work From Home Packets please sent me an email letting me know. I need to know who has done work and what type of work they have been doing from home. The work your child has done while at home, whether on line or the work packets, will determine your child’s grade for the last 9 weeks.  If you have been doing Seesaw on a regular basis then there is no need to send me an email because I am checking your child’s work daily.

It’s getting closer for this school year to come to an end. It has definitely been an interesting end to our year to say the least. There are a few reminders and things that need to be done to wrap things up. You should have received an all call from Mrs. Koonce yesterday about picking up our chocolate candy fundraiser and about returning work packets and other items that belong to the school as well as picking up your own child’s items from the classroom.

You may come by the school on May 11th or 12th from 8:00 am – 5:00pm

*Drive up to the elementary gym and someone will come to your car and ask you for your child’s name. At that time they will retrieve your child’s items and fundraiser candy (if you participated) and they will bring those items out to you.

*Please be sure to bring with you any items that belong to school so that they can be returned to the school. (library books, guided reading books, books that belong to your child’s teacher from their classroom library, etc.)

*Also bring your child’s Work From Home Packets (Please make sure that your child’s first and last name are on those packets when you turn them in.) If you elected to do work from Seesaw and did not do the work packets, then you do not need to return any packets. If you chose to do both, then just return the finished packets.
